The Vivo V60 5G is set to launch soon in India, following its predecessor, the Vivo V50. Ahead of its official announcement, this latest addition to the Vivo V series has received certification from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) in Thailand. While the listing does not reveal specific details about the device, it does confirm that the smartphone will support 5G connectivity. The Vivo V60 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and will be available in three color options upon release.
The model V2511, linked to the Vivo V60, was recently identified on the NBTC website with a certification number of B38513-25. The listing indicates that the smartphone is compatible with GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR networks, reaffirming its 5G capabilities. Additionally, the certification suggests that the device is manufactured in China.

The Vivo V60 is slated for launch in India on August 12 at 12 PM IST, and it will be offered in Auspicious Gold, Mist Grey, and Moonlit Blue. This smartphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC.
The successor to the Vivo V50 is expected to come with a robust 6,500mAh battery and features a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel telephoto lens capable of 10x zoom. The device will run on Android 15, paired with FuntouchOS 15, and boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
According to previous leaks, the Vivo V60’s price in India is rumored to fall between Rs. 37,000 and Rs. 40,000. The smartphone is anticipated to sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, and it may support 90W fast charging. Additional features could include stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 50-megapixel front-facing camera.
It is expected that the Vivo V60 will share many specifications and design elements with the Vivo S30, which was launched in China in May.
