Sony has announced a special limited-edition bundle for the PlayStation 5, themed around the highly anticipated game Ghost of Yotei. This bundle features unique console and DualSense controller designs, with the package including the disc edition PS5 slim, a DualSense controller, and a digital copy of the game. The two fresh designs, inspired by traditional Japanese art in gold and black, will debut when Ghost of Yotei is released on October 2.
Ghost of Yotei PS5 Bundle and Accessories
The unveiling of the new bundle and accessories took place during Sony’s State of Play livestream event on Thursday, where developers Sucker Punch showcased an in-depth gameplay preview of Ghost of Yotei. The aesthetically distinctive designs draw influence from Sucker Punch’s imaginative interpretation of the Ezo region in Japan.
The bundle will be offered in two eye-catching color options. The Ghost of Yotei Gold Limited Edition PS5 Console design is inspired by kintsugi, a traditional Japanese art that repairs broken ceramics using lacquer and gold.
In contrast, the Ghost of Yotei Black Limited Edition PS5 Console features a design influenced by Sumi-e black ink paintings, maintaining a similar style to its gold counterpart. Both controllers in the bundles incorporate a silhouette of Atsu on the touchpad, displayed in their respective gold and black colors.

The Gold Edition bundle will be available worldwide, while the Black Edition bundle will be sold exclusively through direct.playstation.com in select regions. Both bundles include a limited-edition PS5 console with a disc drive, a matching DualSense wireless controller, and a digital copy of the Ghost of Yotei Standard Edition that offers all pre-order bonuses.
The limited-edition console bundles and accessories will become available on October 2, coinciding with the launch of Ghost of Yotei exclusively on PS5. Sony has indicated that it will provide pre-order information at a later date.
