Realme has officially showcased the design of its upcoming GT 7 smartphone ahead of its anticipated launch on April 23 in China. The company has also provided details on the color variants and some of the key specifications of the device. According to promotional materials released by Realme, the GT 7 will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ system-on-chip and will feature a robust 7,200mAh battery, all housed within a body that is 8.25mm thick. This model is set to accompany the Realme GT 7 Pro, which was unveiled in the region in November 2024.
Realme GT 7 Design and Color Variants
The design and color options for the Realme GT 7 were disclosed by the company in a post on Weibo. The smartphone will be available in three distinct colors: Graphene Ice (blue), Graphene Snow (white), and Graphene Night (black). The blue edition will feature an orange power button along with an orange trim around the rear camera area, while the black model will incorporate a golden power button and gold accents around the camera module.
In earlier announcements, Realme confirmed the GT 7 would include a graphene-coated fiberglass back panel, which is designed to enhance thermal conductivity.
The images shared by Realme depict a slightly elevated rectangular camera module located at the top left corner of the back panel, accommodating two camera lenses and a circular LED flash. The right edge of the device is equipped with the volume rocker and power button, while the bottom edge includes a USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and microphone.
Additional details from another Weibo post indicate that the Realme GT 7 will sport a flat display with slender bezels measuring approximately 1.3mm and a centrally located hole-punch for the front camera. Recent leaks suggest that the device will utilize a customized BOE panel featuring eye protection technology and a 144Hz refresh rate.
Confirmed specifications for the Realme GT 7 include the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, a 7,200mAh battery capable of 100W wired fast charging, with the device measuring 8.25mm in thickness and weighing 203g.
