The Oppo Reno 14 series was unveiled in China last month, with anticipation building for its global launch. New reports suggest that the company is preparing to introduce the Reno 14F 5G model. This forthcoming smartphone from the Reno 14 lineup has been identified on the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) website. It has also surfaced on various certification platforms, including Indonesia’s SDPPI, the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), and the European Economic Commission (EEC).
Oppo Reno 14F 5G Launch on the Horizon
The Oppo Reno 14F 5G has been cataloged on the NBTC site with the model number RMX3951. This listing confirms support for multiple network types, including GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR, indicating its 5G capabilities. Production of the device is reportedly taking place in China.
According to reports from Xpertpick, the Reno 14F 5G is also registered on the SDPPI, IMDA, and EEC sites under the same model number, CPH2743. This suggests that the phone will likely see a broader market debut. The specs listed imply a 6.7-inch display along with support for 45W charging. Additionally, the device is rumored to feature 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
Positioned as a successor to the Reno 13F 5G, the Reno 14F 5G is expected to be the third version introduced in the Reno 14 series. It may be launched globally in conjunction with the Oppo Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro models.
The Oppo Reno 13F 5G was officially launched earlier this year in January, featuring a 6.67-inch OLED display powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. It is equipped with a triple rear camera setup, which includes a primary 50-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera, along with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. The device boasts IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, alongside a substantial 5,800mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging.
