On Wednesday, Asus announced the availability of select accessories for fast delivery in India through Zepto, the Bengaluru-based quick commerce company known for delivering various items, including groceries and electronic products, in approximately 10 minutes. The partnership will include specific computer peripherals like keyboards and mice, with availability constrained to certain cities across the nation.
Zepto to Offer Asus Accessories in Major Indian Cities
The tech company revealed in a press release that various models of keyboards and mice can now be purchased in select urban areas, including NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru. Among the accessories available are the Asus Marshmallow Keyboard KW100, offered in Oat Milk and Green Tea Latte variants, and the Marshmallow Mouse MD100, which comes in Blue and Grey colors. Additional products include the MW203 multi-device wireless silent mouse and the WT300 mouse in Black.
Asus highlighted the growing reliance of urban consumers on quick commerce platforms for tech purchases and noted that its collaboration with Zepto is designed to cater to modern lifestyles and reduce customer wait times. The company also indicated plans to broaden its accessory offerings to other quick commerce platforms, such as Blinkit and Instamart.
In related news, Blinkit, owned by Zomato, recently announced it would begin offering rapid deliveries of laptops, printers, and additional computer peripherals in several Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Pune.
Customers using Blinkit will be able to access laptops from HP, monitors from brands such as Lenovo, Zebronics, and MSI, as well as printers from Canon and HP. The company has stated that it plans to introduce more brands and products in the near future.
In 2024, Blinkit began offering 10-minute deliveries for high-demand products, including the iPhone 16, Samsung Galaxy S24, and PlayStation 5, along with gold and silver coins. The company’s delivery services recently expanded to new locations, including Hisar, Jammu, Lonavala, and Raipur.
