2K Games has announced that WWE 2K25 will be available on the Nintendo Switch 2 later this month, with the official launch set for July 23. Following its release on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms in March, the game is now available for pre-order on the Nintendo eShop. Alongside this announcement, 2K has revealed various editions of the game for the new console, along with special pre-order incentives and features, and premiered a new trailer showcasing the Switch 2 version.

WWE 2K25 Scheduled for Switch 2 Release

The game will be offered in three different editions on the Nintendo Switch 2: Standard Edition, Deadman Edition, and The Bloodline Edition, mirroring the options available on other platforms. According to 2K, this version will support all game modes and match types featured in WWE 2K25, including ‘The Island,’ an open-world experience that allows players to explore four districts and complete quests. This mode was previously exclusive to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X.

In addition, traditional modes such as 2K Showcase, MyGM, MyFaction, MyRise, and Universe will also be accessible in this port.

The Standard Edition of WWE 2K25 is priced at $69.99 and includes the base game. Players who pre-order this edition will receive the Wyatt Sicks Pack, which features five playable WWE superstars and cosmetic items for use in The Island mode.

Priced at $99.99, the Deadman Edition contains everything from the Standard Edition, plus the Deadman Edition bonus pack. This includes exclusive items such as Mattel Elite “Greatest Hits” Undertaker and Original Undertaker (‘90) Persona Cards, playable superstars, a usable Urn object, a Undertaker ‘95 Mask cosmetic item for The Island, and Brother Love as a manager. Additionally, it comes with the Season Pass granting access to all five post-launch DLC character packs and 15,000 VC (in-game currency).

The Bloodline Edition, retailing for $129.99, adds the Ringside Pass and The Rock Nation of Domination Pack, which includes a unique Persona card for The Rock and access to a playable superstar. This edition incorporates all content from both the Standard and Deadman editions. Furthermore, buyers will receive a bonus pack consisting of Mattel Elite Series 114 Jey Uso and Mattel Elite “Greatest Hits” Roman Reigns Persona cards, alongside various cosmetic items for The Island mode.

Additionally, the Bloodline Edition will feature the WrestleMania 41 Pack, which includes the WrestleMania 41 Arena, two Superstar Persona cards, and a new playable character set to be announced later, according to 2K.

The WWE 2K franchise was officially confirmed for the Nintendo Switch 2 during the console’s full unveiling in April. The game first launched across multiple platforms, including PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X on March 14.

Launched on June 5, the Nintendo Switch 2 has debuted with a limited selection of first-party games. However, it has garnered considerable support from third-party developers, with notable titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, and Split Fiction available on day one. Later this month, Nintendo will release Donkey Kong Bananza exclusively for the Switch 2.
