Currently, this feature is being rolled out to a select group of users participating in the WhatsApp beta for Android version 2.23.17.14. Users will be able to craft personalized stickers by providing descriptive prompts to the AI. A broader release of this functionality is anticipated in the upcoming days for users worldwide.
WABetaInfo, a feature tracker, reported on the new update, indicating that it is currently available to a limited number of testers. Similar to existing sticker options, the AI-generated stickers can be found in the stickers tab. Users can initiate the creation process by selecting the new “Create” button.
Steps to Create AI-Generated Stickers on WhatsApp

Open the WhatsApp application and enter any chat window.

In the chat, tap the smiley icon at the bottom to access the stickers menu.

When granted access, click on the tab labeled “generate your own AI sticker.”

As of now, WhatsApp has not disclosed when the AI sticker feature will be available to all users.
