Ahead of the official announcement, a Chinese tipster has shared key specifications for the upcoming smartphone, suggesting it will feature a triple rear camera system with a 50-megapixel primary lens and a robust 6,200mAh battery. It has also been confirmed that the Vivo X200s will operate on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset.
Recent teasers from Vivo indicate that the X200s will be available in a variety of colors, including black, white, purple, and green.

Additionally, tipster Experience More (translated from Chinese) has revealed key specifications for the Vivo X200s via Weibo. According to the tip, the phone will feature a 6.67-inch BOE Q10 flat display with a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is also expected to be included.
The Vivo X200s is confirmed to be equipped with Zeiss-lensed cameras and will utilize the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset. The camera setup is said to comprise a triple rear configuration: a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 50-megapixel LYT-600 periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. Users can also anticipate a 6,200mAh battery capacity, supporting both 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
