On Thursday, Vivo introduced the S30 and Vivo S30 Pro Mini smartphones in China. The latest additions to the Vivo S series offer a variety of features, including options in up to four distinct colors, a robust 6,500mAh battery, and support for 90W fast charging technology. The standard Vivo S30 is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, whereas the Vivo S30 Pro Mini boasts a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. Both models are equipped with triple rear camera setups, each featuring two 50-megapixel sensors alongside a 50-megapixel front-facing camera.
Pricing and Availability of Vivo S30, Vivo S30 Pro Mini
Vivo S30 starts at CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs. 32,000) for the model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The prices increase for the 12GB+512GB and 16GB+512GB versions, which are priced at CNY 2,999 (around Rs. 25,000) and CNY 3,299 (about Rs. 38,000), respectively. Customers can choose from Cocoa Black, Lemon Yellow, Mint Green, and Peach Pink color options.
On the other hand, the Vivo S30 Pro Mini begins at CNY 3,499 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. The 12GB+512GB and 16GB+512GB models are priced at CNY 3,799 (approximately Rs. 45,000) and CNY 3,999 (around Rs. 47,000), respectively. This model is available in Cool Berry Powder, Cocoa Black, Mint Green, and Lemon Yellow hues.

The Vivo S30 supports dual SIM cards and operates on Android 15 with OriginOS 5 interface. The smartphone includes a 50-megapixel primary camera equipped with a Sony LYT700V 1/1.56-inch sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS), complemented by a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera that offers a 106-degree field of view. For selfies, a 50-megapixel front camera is located in a center-aligned hole-punch cutout on the display.

The S30 Pro Mini showcases a 6.31-inch 1.5K (1,260×2,800 pixels) AMOLED display featuring a up to 120Hz refresh rate and 5000 nits peak brightness, powered by an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. It holds IP68 and IP69 ratings for enhanced dust and water resistance.
Connectivity and sensor options are largely consistent with those found in the standard Vivo S30 model. The Pro Mini measures 150.83×71.76×7.99mm and weighs 186g.
