Details on Vivo’s Upcoming Launches
A recent post on Weibo confirmed the Vivo X200s is scheduled for an April release in China. The images released indicate a modern design featuring a prominent, raised circular rear camera module equipped with a Zeiss-backed triple camera system. Additionally, another view of the device highlights a distinctly placed vertical LED light at the top right corner of the back panel.
The Vivo X200s features a flat display characterized by extremely slim and uniform bezels, accommodating a centered hole-punch for the front camera. The top part of the display showcases a Dynamic Island-like feature, anticipated to function as an interactive area for alerts and notifications. The handset’s volume rocker and power button are located on the left edge.
Currently, the Vivo X200s is available for pre-reservation through Vivo’s official online store and selected retailers. Information from a microsite confirms that the device will launch alongside the Vivo X200 Ultra model. Recent teasers have revealed that the Ultra variant will include a dedicated camera button and is set to utilize Vivo’s V3+ and VS1 imaging chipsets.
Previous leaks have indicated that the Vivo X200s might be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, featuring a 6.67-inch 1.5K LTPS display and a triple rear camera system that includes a periscope telephoto sensor.
In another development, a Weibo post from Vivo has also hinted at the upcoming release of the Vivo Pad 5 Pro. The shared image suggests that the tablet will be available in various colors including blue, green, grey, and pink, and will have dual rear cameras. Meanwhile, the Vivo Pad SE teaser showcases the tablet in shades of blue as well as light and dark grey, featuring a circular camera module positioned in the top left corner.
Lastly, the company has teased its upcoming smartwatch, the Vivo Watch 5, through a Weibo post. The watch is shown in black and white with a circular dial, equipped with a crown and an additional button on the right edge. Both the smartwatch and the tablets are open for pre-reservations along with the smartphones. Further details, including the precise launch date for these new products, are expected to be revealed soon.
