On Monday, former US President Donald Trump’s family business unveiled a new mobile service named Trump Mobile, along with the introduction of a gold-colored smartphone called the T1. The T1 phone is expected to be manufactured domestically and is slated for an official release in September, though pre-orders are currently being accepted through the company’s website.
The T1 is reported to operate on the Android 15 platform and features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, complemented by a 5,000mAh battery.
Trump Mobile functions as a self-branded telecom network developed by the Trump Organization. It will offer a singular service plan, dubbed “The 47 Plan,” which is positioned as a competitor to major telecommunications providers. Notably, Trump Mobile is classified as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), utilizing the existing infrastructures of AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile for its coverage.

The Trump Mobile website has opened pre-orders for the T1 Phone (Model – 8002), priced at $499 (approximately Rs. 42,000). A $100 deposit is required to secure a reservation. The phone is confirmed to be available starting September 2025, according to the website. Visuals and specifications listed on the site appear to be in a preliminary format.
Images showcase the T1 smartphone’s gold accents, featuring a hole-punch display and a triple camera setup on the back. It boasts a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a 5,000mAh battery capable of 20W charging. Upon release, it’s expected to run on Android 15.
For photography needs, the T1 will be equipped with a 50-megapixel main rear camera in conjunction with two 2-megapixel sensors, while the front will feature a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. Additionally, the device is said to include 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Security features will encompass a fingerprint sensor and an AI-driven face unlock capability. The Trump Mobile’s “The 47 Plan” claims to deliver unlimited talk, text, and data for $47.45 (approximately Rs. 4,000) per month, along with 5G connectivity and a fair usage policy that covers 20GB of data.
Moreover, this plan includes free international calls to 100 countries. Families of military service members will benefit from complimentary international texting, discounted international calls, and global service coverage. Additional perks feature device protection, roadside assistance through Drive America, and telehealth and pharmacy services. Customers will have the option to retain their current devices with a Trump Mobile SIM to access the network.
