As the launch date approaches, various sources have begun circulating specifics about the flagship device. According to recent reports, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is set to deliver significant upgrades in camera capabilities and RAM compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It is also expected to feature a similar display and maintain the same level of water and dust resistance as its predecessor.

Prominent tipster PandaFlash (@PandaFlashPro) on social media platform X has put forth details regarding the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The device is rumored to retain the 6.9-inch display size seen in the Galaxy S25 Ultra. However, it is expected to sport slimmer bezels, thereby providing an improved screen-to-body ratio. The tipster mentioned that Samsung explored a setup without a digitiser in order to maximize internal space, but the results were not satisfactory. Consequently, the device might come equipped with both an S Pen and digitiser.
Additionally, it appears that Samsung has opted to eliminate the protruding camera ring design characteristic of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The upcoming model is expected to maintain an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
In the camera department, the Galaxy S26 Ultra may feature a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP2 rear sensor complemented by a new lens. The rear camera array is rumored to include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 50-megapixel periscope sensor capable of 5x optical zoom.
