Presently, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is the only model within the existing lineup that provides 16GB of RAM, and only in select regions such as South Korea and China. The standard Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ models come equipped with 12GB of RAM.
Moreover, the tipster has mentioned that Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 series is expected to include an option with 12GB of RAM. This series, likely to encompass the standard iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max, is poised to be released in September. The new models would mark an improvement over the 8GB RAM found in the current iPhone 16 lineup, while the iPhone 18 series is anticipated to retain the 12GB option.
