The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge was unveiled earlier this month as the slimmest offering in the Galaxy S series. The South Korean tech giant has begun early deliveries of the Galaxy S25 Edge in India for customers who placed pre-orders, enabling them to receive their devices before the official launch date. The smartphone boasts a sleek profile measuring just 5.8mm in thickness, and it is powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, featuring an impressive 200-megapixel primary rear camera.
Early Delivery Benefits for Pre-Order Customers
On Tuesday, Samsung announced that early deliveries of the Galaxy S25 Edge would be available in India. Customers who have pre-ordered the device will be eligible to receive it in advance of the official sale. Pre-orders for the smartphone will be open until May 30.
Additionally, Samsung is providing a promotional storage upgrade valued at Rs. 12,000, allowing customers to pre-order the 512GB version at the same price as the 256GB model. Buyers can also take advantage of no-cost EMI plans that extend up to nine months.
Specifications and Pricing of the Galaxy S25 Edge
The Galaxy S25 Edge is priced at Rs. 1,09,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration, while the 512GB variant costs Rs. 1,21,999. Consumers can choose from two colors: Titanium Jetblack and Titanium Silver.
Manufactured at Samsung’s Noida facility in India, the Galaxy S25 Edge operates on Android 15-based One UI 7. It features a 6.7-inch quad-HD+ (1,440×3,120 pixels) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2. The device is equipped with 12GB of RAM and offers up to 512GB of internal storage.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Galaxy S25 Edge includes a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 200-megapixel primary sensor and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens. For selfie enthusiasts, there is a 12-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is powered by a 3,900mAh battery, supporting 25W wired charging as well as Qi wireless charging. Furthermore, the device is designed with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
