Samsung has officially announced the launch of One UI 7, its operating system based on Android 15, earlier this week. The company has broadened the list of devices that can receive this update, moving beyond the initial offerings of the Galaxy S23 series and newer models. Now, the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21 series, and additional smartphones will also be eligible, allowing a greater number of users to access Android 15’s features.
Expansion of One UI 7 Eligibility
In a recent update on its website, Samsung confirmed that it will start the One UI 7 rollout for Galaxy S24 users in Singapore from April 14. Along with this announcement, the company released a comprehensive list of smartphones and tablets that will receive the Android 15-based update. The devices include:

Previously, the One UI 7 update was confirmed only for the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Tab S9 series, and newer models. The expansion of the eligibility list comes in light of the upcoming rollout in Singapore, starting with the Galaxy S24 series. Samsung has not yet announced the dates for the update on other Galaxy devices. However, users in India with the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 can expect to receive the update beginning April 7.
One UI 7, first unveiled alongside the Galaxy S25 series in January, offers various visual enhancements, increased customization options, a new notification system known as Now Bar, and redesigned One UI widgets. Additionally, it incorporates new capabilities powered by the Galaxy AI suite.
