Realme has announced the launch date for its upcoming Neo 7 Turbo in China. The tech company has also provided a preview of the smartphone’s design, color options, and key features. The device will reportedly come in two colorways and is equipped with MediaTek’s newly unveiled Dimensity 9400e chipset.
Launch Details and Specifications for Realme Neo 7 Turbo
The Realme Neo 7 Turbo is set to launch on May 29 in China, with the event commencing at 2:00 PM local time (11:30 PM IST). This smartphone is positioned to be among the first to utilize MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9400e processor, built on TSMC’s 4nm architecture, which can achieve peak speeds of 3.4GHz.
Teaser images shared by Realme on Weibo showcase a semi-transparent design for the Neo 7 Turbo, reminiscent of aesthetics seen in Nothing smartphones. The device will be available in two colors: Transparent Black and Transparent Grey. It is also expected to feature a dual rear camera setup, highlighted by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, and will incorporate Realme’s Dart charging technology.
Pre-reservations for the Neo 7 Turbo are currently open on Realme’s official website in China. Customers who choose to pre-book the device will receive benefits valued at CNY 1,775 (approximately Rs. 21,000), which include interest-free installment plans, extended warranty options, and exchange discounts.
Speculations suggest that the Realme Neo 7 Turbo may feature a 1.5K display along with a robust 7,000mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging. There are also expectations for configurations offering up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
The Realme Neo 7 series currently includes three existing models: the Neo 7, Neo 7 SE, and Neo 7x. The original Realme Neo 7 debuted in December 2024, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, while the Neo 7 SE and Neo 7x were launched in February of this year.
