The handset will be equipped with a substantial 7,200mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging, according to another announcement from Realme. Promotional images shared by the company depict the slim profile of the Realme GT 7, drawing comparisons to everyday items like a straw and a zipper.
Xu Qi Chase, Vice President of Realme, had previously hinted at the phone’s lightweight design, emphasizing that it will feature a large battery without compromising on thickness. For context, the Realme GT 6 is equipped with a 5,800mAh battery housed in an 8.43mm thick casing, weighing 206g and also supporting 120W wired fast charging.
The official product page for the Realme GT 7 confirms its use of advanced cooling technology, referred to as “ice sense” (translated from Chinese). It will feature a graphene-coated fiberglass back panel designed to significantly enhance thermal conductivity compared to standard glass.
Moreover, the Realme GT 7 is set to utilize the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC, anticipated to have a customized, flat BOE display with slim bezels, eye protection features, and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device will likely include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and is expected to hold an IP69 rating for both dust and water resistance. It is projected to operate on a modified version of ColorOS based on Android 15.
