A credible tipster has provided insights into a potential timeline for the launch of these smartphones. Realme had initially introduced the 14 Pro 5G and 14 Pro+ 5G in India in January, followed by the Pro Lite variant in March. Additionally, the standard Realme 14 5G was released in select global markets around the same period but was not launched in India.
Launch of Realme 15 Series Expected in July
According to a post on X by tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd), the Realme 15 series is anticipated to be launched in July. While Yadav did not specify a precise launch date or the exact models expected, fellow tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore (@Sudhanshu1414) suggested that the launch may feature one or two models from the Realme 15 lineup next month rather than the entire series.
Adding to the speculation, an Xpertpick report indicated that the Realme 15 Lite variant for India is expected to carry the model number RMX5000. The report highlights that this model will be offered in configurations of 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB of RAM and storage. Color options are likely to include dark purple, speed green, and victory gold.
In addition, another report indicated that the Realme 15 Pro, identified by model number RMX5101, may be available in configurations of 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. This Pro variant could be offered in flowing silver, silk purple, and velvet green color choices.
The base model, Realme 15 5G, with the model number RMX5106, is also expected to arrive in India soon. Configurations might include 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. Pricing for this model is anticipated to be in the range of Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 20,000.
The proposed Realme 15 5G may be available in flowing silver, silk pink, and velvet green colors. It is expected to feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, a 6,300mAh battery with 45W fast charging capability, and a 120Hz flat AMOLED display. The smartphone is likely to be equipped with a 50-megapixel triple rear camera system and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
