The upcoming lineup of monthly games for PlayStation Plus has been announced for April, featuring Nacon’s RoboCop: Rogue City as the standout title. This first-person shooter, inspired by the beloved film series, immerses players in the role of the iconic half-man, half-machine law enforcer as he battles crime in the dystopian setting of Detroit. Additional titles joining the service include the survival-horror game The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and Bandai Namco’s RPG Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory. All three games will be accessible to PS Plus subscribers starting April 1.
These titles were unveiled on the PlayStation Blog on Wednesday and will remain available on Sony’s subscription platform until May 5. Members across the Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium tiers can incorporate these games into their libraries and enjoy them as long as their subscription remains active.
Current offerings for PS Plus include titles like Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Sonic Colors: Ultimate, and TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection, all of which are available until March 31. Below is a closer look at the new additions for April 2025:
RoboCop: Rogue City
Developed by Teyon, RoboCop: Rogue City invites players to confront the criminal underworld of Detroit in a gritty environment. The game is a homage to the classic FPS style and equips players with RoboCop’s signature Auto-9 pistol among other weapons, allowing for intense combat against foes throughout the unforgiving urban landscape.
Looming on the horizon is a standalone expansion titled Unfinished Business, set for release later this year, making it an ideal time for players to experience the original campaign. This title will be available exclusively for the PS5.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre
Joining the April lineup is The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, an asymmetrical survival horror game developed by Sumo Nottingham, which directly channels the atmosphere of the 1974 classic film. Players can either assume the roles of the victims trying to evade capture or those of the cannibalistic family central to the horror narrative in a series of high-stakes scenarios.
The game features five maps, including two that are direct adaptations from the original movie, and offers both day and night modes for varied gameplay experiences. Victims must plot escapes from the terrorizing Slaughter family and the infamous Leatherface, with gameplay available on both PS4 and PS5.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory
A continuation of the 2015 title Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, this RPG was launched in 2017 for the PS4 and PS Vita and has since made its way to the Nintendo Switch and PC. Players step into the shoes of Digimon trainer Keisuke Amazawa, teaming up with comrades for combat against various foes.
As Amazawa, gamers navigate a futuristic Shibuya, Japan, after their Cyberspace account is pilfered, collaborating with new allies in pursuit of the thief. Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory will be available on PS4.
From April 1, all three titles will be accessible to PS Plus members across the Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium tiers.
