The Poco F7 is anticipated to make its debut in select international markets later this month, with new reports indicating a potential launch timeline for the smartphone. Alongside its global introduction, the device may also be unveiled in India. Details on the specifications and features of the device have begun to surface, suggesting variations between the global and Indian models, particularly in battery specifications. The standard Poco F7 is set to join the previously released Pro and Ultra versions, which were announced in various regions in March.
Expected Launch Timeline and Key Specifications for Poco F7
According to a report from Smartprix, the global variant of the Poco F7 is likely to launch during the third week of June, with potential dates pinpointed to June 17 or June 19. It is suggested that India may see the phone’s launch concurrently.
The Poco F7 is expected to share design similarities with the recently launched Redmi Turbo 4 Pro in China. Powering this handset will be the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, accompanied by configurations featuring up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Additionally, the smartphone is projected to run on HyperOS 2.0, based on Android 15.
All models of the Poco F7 are likely to come with a 6.83-inch 1.5K flat LTPS OLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Expected durability features include IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, and a metal frame is also rumored to be part of the design. The device is further equipped with an IR blaster.
On the photography front, the Poco F7 is set to feature a dual rear camera system, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies and video calls, it will include a 20-megapixel front camera.
The Indian variant is suggested to be equipped with a robust 7,550mAh battery, while the global version may come with a slightly smaller 6,550mAh battery. Both variants are expected to support 90W wired fast charging.

The Ultra model comes with a 5,300mAh battery, while the Poco F7 Pro is fitted with a 6,000mAh battery. Both devices include a 50-megapixel Light Fusion 800 primary rear camera, and the Ultra variant features a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 2.5x optical zoom.
