The Poco F7 5G is slated to make its debut in India on June 24, with the company recently unveiling the phone’s design and confirming its chipset specifications. The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. According to the design details shared, the base model of the F7 will feature a dual rear camera configuration.

The Poco F7 5G is confirmed to launch in India with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, as communicated in an update on X. The smartphone has also achieved over 2.1 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark, indicating impressive performance capabilities. Furthermore, the global variant will also feature this same chipset, according to confirmed sources.
The dedicated microsite on Flipkart reveals that the Poco F7 5G will come with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage options.
Additional details from the microsite indicate that the Poco F7 5G will feature a 3D IceLoop System with AI-driven temperature management, alongside a vapor cooling chamber measuring 6,000 sq mm. It will also support WildBoost Gaming Optimization 4.0, aimed at delivering enhanced image quality, more responsive user interfaces, stable high brightness, and elevated frame rates during gaming sessions, all while optimizing battery performance.
The Indian version of the Poco F7 will boast a substantial 7,550mAh battery, with capabilities for 90W wired fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging. The design also suggests the inclusion of a dual rear camera system, highlighted by a 50-megapixel primary sensor equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS).
According to earlier leaks, the global edition of the Poco F7 5G is expected to feature a slightly smaller 6,500mAh battery. All variants are anticipated to include a Sony IMX882 sensor as the main rear camera, accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. For selfies and video calls, a 20-megapixel front camera is suggested. Additionally, an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and a 6.83-inch AMOLED display are expected features.
