While Sony has not disclosed specific titles that will be highlighted, recent leaks indicate that the event may unveil a new trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, along with its official release date.
The upcoming broadcast is expected to last over 40 minutes, though Sony has not specified how many games will be highlighted. Viewers can tune in to the livestream on both YouTube and Twitch at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET on February 12, which translates to 3:30 AM IST in India on February 13.

What to Expect From State of Play
Last week, a promotional trailer revealing the release date for Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater made its way onto the PlayStation Store, suggesting its inclusion in the upcoming showcase. Although the trailer was swiftly removed, it indicated that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is scheduled for release on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S/X on August 25, 2025. Thus, its appearance during the State of Play broadcast is anticipated.
The showcase could also provide updates on various first and third-party titles that are already known. While it seems unlikely that Naughty Dog will unveil more details about Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet shortly after its recent reveal at The Game Awards 2024, it is possible we might see further information on Ghost of Yotei, the studio’s sequel to the highly acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima.
Ghost of Yotei was first introduced during Sony’s previous State of Play event in September 2024, with a trailer hinting at a release in 2025. The upcoming broadcast may offer additional insights, including a potential release date confirmation.
Marvel’s Wolverine was announced in 2021; however, Insomniac Games has yet to provide a release date.

The event could also bring new information about Marvel’s Wolverine from Insomniac Games, which has remained under wraps since its announcement in 2021.
Fans can expect updates regarding Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding 2: On the Beach and the wuxia-themed action RPG Phantom Blade Zero, among other titles. Additionally, gamers might receive insights into the future plans of Santa Monica Studio, known for its work on God of War, which has not disclosed any new projects since releasing the Valhalla update for God of War Ragnarok in December 2023.
The last PlayStation State of Play took place on September 24, 2024, during which Sony unveiled Ghost of Yotei and showcased over 20 titles for the PS5 and PS VR2.
