December marks the season for annual recaps across various platforms. Music streaming services have already initiated their year-end summaries with offerings like Spotify Wrapped, Apple Music Replay, and YouTube Music Recap. In a similar vein, Sony has launched the PlayStation 2024 Wrap-Up, offering insights into player statistics for both PS5 and PS4 gamers. This year’s design embraces a nostalgic PlayStation aesthetic in celebration of the brand’s 30th anniversary.
PlayStation 2024 Wrap-Up Now Live
On December 10, Sony shared on the PlayStation Blog a new feature allowing PS4 and PS5 players to view their PlayStation Wrap-Up from now until January 10. The Wrap-Up showcases players’ achievements throughout 2024, including metrics such as most played games, monthly gaming statistics, preferences, and more.
This year’s Wrap-Up introduces several new features. Players can now access personalized historical data, which includes the total number of games played since creating their PlayStation Network account, along with trophy achievements. Additionally, users will receive tailored game recommendations from the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog based on their gaming history.
PS4 and PS5 gamers will continue to see updates in their Wrap-Up as they log more gaming hours throughout December. A comprehensive summary is expected to be available prior to January 10, 2025.
Participants who complete their Wrap-Up experience will earn a unique avatar inspired by the 30th anniversary and a PlayStation Stars digital collectible, along with a shareable summary card highlighting their year in gaming.
How to Access PlayStation 2024 Wrap-Up
To view your 2024 PlayStation Wrap-Up, visit wrapup.playstation.com and log into your PSN account. Upon logging in, the Wrap-Up interface will feature 10 tabs, each presenting different statistics from the year.
The first tab displays the total number of games played on PlayStation in 2024, along with an overall count of games since opening your PSN account. The second tab reveals your top five most played games, while the third tab analyzes your gaming style based on this information.
The fourth tab provides a monthly breakdown of your gaming activity in 2024, detailing stats such as gameplay sessions, hours played, games engaged with, and trophies earned per month. The fifth tab suggests a playlist of games tailored to your play profile that are currently available on PS Plus.
Additional tabs contain information on total hours played, total trophies earned, milestones achieved, social gaming statistics, and culminate in a shareable Wrap-Up summary card.
