Google is set to expand its flagship smartphone lineup with the introduction of four new models: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Various leaks have surfaced regarding these devices, providing insights into both their design and key specifications. Recently, an alleged case for the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro has come to light, reportedly sourced from a well-known case manufacturer, which implies similarities in design and dimensions to last year’s Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro. The leaks indicate that the upcoming Pixel 10 series will feature slightly altered proportions compared to their predecessors.
According to Android Authority, they have obtained a case from Thinborne designed specifically for the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro. The report highlights that the Pixel 9 Pro fits nearly perfectly into the case intended for the new standard Pixel 10, which suggests that the dimensions of the Pixel 10 series will be closely aligned with those of the Pixel 9 models.
However, images and video accompanying the report reveal that the port cutouts on the Pixel 10 case do not align exactly with the top and bottom edges of the Pixel 9. This indicates potential changes in port placement. Notably, the case for the Pixel 10 slightly obscures the 5G antenna found on the Pixel 9 Pro, with the bottom design of the new case being entirely revamped compared to its predecessor.

The Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro are expected to feature two speaker cutouts at the bottom instead of the previous single cutout. Additionally, it is anticipated that the SIM tray will be relocated to the top of the new devices. The alignment of the rear camera bar also appears to be off, suggesting a larger camera module for the upcoming models.
The report asserts that users of the Pixel 9 will not be able to utilize their existing cases with the Pixel 10. Despite visual similarities, the subtle design modifications necessitate a case specifically tailored for the Pixel 10 series.
Earlier leaks hinted that the design of the new Pixel 10 series would resemble the Pixel 9 lineup closely. This new series is rumored to be unveiled on August 20 during a Made By Google launch event, with expectations of incorporating the Tensor G5 chip.
