The Oppo Reno 14 5G series, which incorporates MediaTek Dimensity chipsets, was introduced in China last month. The company has now announced the launch date for the Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G in Malaysia, expected to be the first international market to receive this series outside of China. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that the Reno 14 5G series will also be available in India through major online retailers such as Amazon and Flipkart. The variants available in China are equipped with 50-megapixel front-facing cameras as well as 50-megapixel rear camera units.
The Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G will be officially unveiled in Malaysia at 6 PM local time (3:30 PM IST) on July 1, according to announcements made on Oppo’s Facebook and X accounts. The product launch coincides with the OOO Music Festival. Pre-orders for the handsets have already commenced through the Vivo Malaysia website.
Oppo is offering pre-order incentives, including a discount of up to RM 200 (approximately Rs. 4,000) and gifts valued at up to RM 2,396 (roughly Rs. 45,000) for customers who secure their orders early.
In India, dedicated web pages for the Oppo Reno 14 5G series have been established on both Amazon and Flipkart, teasing the upcoming launch. While Oppo has confirmed that the series will be introduced soon in the Indian market, specific details regarding the launch date have yet to be released.
Specifications of the Oppo Reno 14 5G Series
The Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G were both unveiled in China in May, and it is anticipated that the Indian versions will feature specifications closely matching those of their Chinese counterparts.
The Chinese model of the Reno 14 sports a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat OLED display and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor. It is equipped with a substantial 6,000mAh battery and supports 80W wired fast charging. Notable features of the Reno 14 Pro include a larger 6.83-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution, the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, along with a 6,200mAh battery that supports both 80W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
Running on Android 15-based ColorOS, the Oppo Reno 14 5G series includes configurations of up to 16GB of RAM and offers up to 1TB of internal storage. Both models come with impressive camera systems, featuring 50-megapixel rear cameras and 50-megapixel front-facing cameras.
