The Oppo K13 5G is set to make its debut in India next week, according to an announcement from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer on Monday. The new device, part of the K series, will launch in India first before being introduced globally. It will be available for purchase on Flipkart.
In a post shared on X, Oppo revealed that the K13 5G will officially launch in India on April 21. The smartphone will come in two color variants, Icy Purple and Prism Black, and is priced to be under Rs. 20,000 in the Indian market.
Specifications of the Oppo K13 5G
Flipkart has launched a dedicated microsite detailing the specifications of the Oppo K13 5G. The device features a 6.66-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,080×2,400 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It boasts a peak brightness of 1200 nits and offers 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, paired with an Adreno A810 GPU, LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage, achieving an AnTuTu score exceeding 790,000.
On the camera front, the Oppo K13 5G is equipped with an AI-enhanced 50-megapixel rear camera. The smartphone will run on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 layered on top and will include a substantial 7,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. This battery is said to provide up to 49.4 hours of talk time, 10.3 hours of gaming, and a maximum of 32.7 hours of music playback on a single charge. The accompanying charger is capable of charging the battery from zero to 62 percent in just 30 minutes.
For thermal management, Oppo has integrated a 6,000mm² graphite sheet along with a 5,700mm² large vapor cooling chamber in the K13 5G. The device receives an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance and comes with a five-year fluency certification from the TL Certification Center. Additional features include an IR blaster, dual stereo speakers, Snapdragon Elite Gaming capabilities, and Oppo’s AI Trinity Engine, alongside an in-display fingerprint sensor for secure authentication.
