As the April 10 launch approaches, Oppo has revealed details regarding the display specifications of the Find X8s. The company has shared several teasers showcasing various design aspects of the upcoming smartphone, including its display, camera configuration, profile, and a distinct button.
Display and Design Elements of the Oppo Find X8s
The Oppo Find X8s will feature a 6.3-inch display, as confirmed by the company through a post on Weibo. The device is designed with slim, uniform bezels and incorporates a centered hole-punch cutout at the top for the front-facing camera. Additional teaser images released by the company highlight the phone’s “slimmest” design attributes, a compact camera bump, and a lightweight structure.
Positioned on the right edge of the device, users will find the volume rocker and power button. The left edge will introduce a new hardware button, likely replacing the traditional Alert Slider. This innovative button, referred to as the Magic Cube Key, is expected to facilitate various functions, such as instant muting, activating the flashlight, capturing screenshots, and taking photos.
Further teaser images shared by the company emphasize the Oppo Find X8s’s sleek and lightweight construction. Additionally, camera samples from the forthcoming device have been unveiled in another post on Weibo.
Recent leaks indicate that the Oppo Find X8s may be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC. The device is expected to maintain a thin profile of approximately 8.15mm and weigh under 187g. It may also house a robust battery exceeding 5,700mAh, offering 80W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities. Moreover, the smartphone is projected to include an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, alongside an optical fingerprint scanner for enhanced security.
