The OnePlus 13T is gearing up to compete in the compact smartphone market against prominent rivals such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 and the Oppo Find X8. This year, it stands out in India’s selection of compact devices with its anticipated dual-camera configuration, which may allow it to be offered at a lower price point than its competitors, both of which feature triple-camera setups. Ahead of its official unveiling, a design render has emerged online, along with leaked specifications for the device.
OnePlus 13T Design Leaked
A nearly official render of the OnePlus 13T was shared by renowned tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo. The image bears similarities to a blurred leak from March, showcasing a design that appears compact, with a subtly protruding camera bump on the rear panel.
The leaked design, showcased in a sleek black colorway, resembles the rear camera module of Google’s Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which features a distinctive capsule-like shape. While the Pixel’s cameras are arranged horizontally, the OnePlus 13T’s design displays a vertical alignment, encapsulating two cameras alongside a flash and a laser-assisted focusing system.

Furthermore, tipster Abhishek Yadav has provided insight into the OnePlus 13T’s specifications. The device is reported to have an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, and it will feature a metal frame, keeping its weight at around 185 grams. The phone is expected to come in three color options and will replace the Alert slider with a customizable shortcut key.
Rumored Specifications of the OnePlus 13T
According to leaks, the OnePlus 13T will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, similar to its larger counterpart, the OnePlus 13. The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution, differing from the OnePlus 13’s micro-quad-curved panel by adopting a flat design.
In addition to the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, the device is rumored to include LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Connectivity features are anticipated to encompass Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.4, an IR blaster, and NFC. Battery capacity is expected to be around 6,100mAh, supporting 80W wired charging, though details on wireless charging have not been disclosed.
Regarding the camera setup, the OnePlus 13T is said to have a 50-megapixel primary camera (Sony LYT700) and a 50-megapixel 2X telephoto camera (Samsung JN5). A 32-megapixel front-facing camera is also expected for selfies. Additionally, the phone is believed to feature stereo speakers and run on Android 15 based on Oxygen OS.
The official announcement for the OnePlus 13T is anticipated later this month in China, although it remains uncertain whether the device will be launched in India.
