Nothing made it clear that images taken with the Camera Capture feature will not be integrated into the regular photo gallery. Instead, these images will be stored separately in Essential Space, according to the company’s statement.
Camera Capture is just one of several functions set to launch for Essential Space on the Nothing Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro. Additional features, including Flip to Record, Focused Search, and Smart Collections, are expected to be added soon.
Gadgets 360 has verified that the Essential Space update is available on the Google Play Store, and the feature functioned correctly after the app update was installed. It is important to have the Nothing OS 3.1 version to access the Camera Capture feature.
The Nothing OS 3.1 update is being rolled out in phases, with some units already running the latest version. Users can check for the update manually by accessing the Settings app and navigating to System > System Updates. This update also introduces enhancements to the camera and always-on display (AOD) features of the devices.
