Motorola’s next Razr phone line will be revealed on April 24, with the company confirming the date via a teaser video posted Thursday.
The video shows off three Razr phones that flip themselves open and closed, before displaying the April launch date. This is a slightly earlier reveal for the foldable phone line, as Motorola unveiled the 2023 and 2024 Razr phones in June.

Motorola has also released both a standard Razr and a Razr Plus in those prior years, but perhaps the company is teasing that a third variant is on the way. If so, Motorola could be taking a cue from the Samsung Galaxy S series, which includes a cheaper FE model, a base model and a high-end Ultra edition.
Personally, I’m hoping Motorola brings more unique phone materials into the Razr line. Last year’s international edition of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra had a model made from wood, a material that hasn’t been used in a US-bound Motorola phone in a decade.
We’ll find out more about Motorola’s next Razr line, and what the phones are made of, later this month.
