The Moto G86 is expected to be unveiled in select international markets in the near future. Prior reports had already disclosed both the estimated pricing and potential color options for the upcoming device. Recently, design renders of the Motorola smartphone have emerged, providing insights into its appearance and some key specifications. The Moto G86 will follow the Moto G85 5G, which was launched in India in July 2024 and features a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor along with a dual rear camera setup boasting a 50-megapixel primary sensor.
Moto G86 Design, Features, and Anticipated Color Options
According to leaked design images shared by NieuweMobiel.nl, the Moto G86 is likely to feature a triple rear camera arrangement. The camera sensors, along with an LED flash, are located within a slightly raised square module positioned in the top left corner of the rear panel. The display appears flat with slim bezels, a notably thicker chin, and a centered hole-punch cutout at the top.

On the right edge of the Moto G86, users will find the power and volume buttons. The bottom edge is designed to include a speaker grille and a USB Type-C port, while the top edge features a Dolby Atmos logo, indicating that the device will be equipped with speakers enhanced by Dolby Atmos technology. Additionally, the SIM card slot is located on the left edge.
Reports suggest that the Moto G86’s triple rear camera system will include a 50-megapixel Sony Lytia sensor. This is a notable upgrade from the dual rear camera setup of the Moto G85, which incorporates a primary 50-megapixel Sony Lytia 600 sensor.
The leaked images also reveal the Moto G86 in dark blue and purple color options. The dark blue variant appears to have a vegan leather finish, whereas the purple version reportedly features a back panel made from a material reminiscent of cloth, described as “a mix of felt and textile.”
In addition to the dark blue and purple models, reports indicate that the Moto G86 will also be available in gold and red. Specifications are expected to include 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
Recent information suggests that the Moto G86 may be priced around EUR 330, which is approximately INR 31,200, for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The device is anticipated to be released in color options like Golden, Cosmic (Light Purple), Red, and Spellbound (Blue).
