The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is expected to make its debut in select international markets shortly. The tech giant plans to hold a launch event on April 24, during which the new Razr 60 Ultra clamshell foldable smartphone is anticipated to be introduced alongside either the base Motorola Edge 60 or the Edge 60 Pro variant. In advance of the launch, the Razr 60 Ultra has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, revealing insights into its chipset, RAM, and operating system.

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra was identified on the Geekbench website featuring an octa-core chipset, with four cores operating at 3.53GHz and two cores at 4.32GHz. These clock speeds are indicative of the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. In testing, the device achieved scores of 2,878 in single-core and 8,840 in multi-core performance.
According to the listing, the Razr 60 Ultra is equipped with 16GB of RAM and an Adreno 830 GPU. It is expected to be powered by Hello UI based on Android 15.
The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra, which debuted in India in July 2024, features the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and offers up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM alongside a 4,000mAh battery that supports 45W wired, 15W wireless, and 5W reverse charging. This model operates on Android 14-based Hello UI.
The new Razr 60 Ultra is expected to be available in dark green, rio red, pink, and wood-like finish options. Key features will likely include the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, dual 50-megapixel cameras on the rear, a 50-megapixel front camera, and a 4,500mAh battery with 68W fast charging support. Additionally, the device is rumored to have a 6.96-inch OLED main display and a 4-inch cover screen, both supporting refresh rates up to 165Hz.
Previous reports suggest that the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra could be priced at approximately EUR 1,346.90 (around Rs. 1,24,000) for the 12GB + 512GB storage configuration in select European markets. For context, the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra launched in India at a price of Rs. 99,999 for the sole 12GB + 512GB variant.
