Motorola has officially announced the launch date for its Razr 60 model in India. Along with the launch date, the company has also disclosed the color options and available RAM and storage configurations for the Indian market. The new Motorola Razr 60 will be available for purchase through Flipkart. This device was introduced to the global market last month and features a MediaTek Dimensity 7400X System-on-Chip (SoC). The Razr 60 boasts an IP48-rated design and is powered by a 4,500mAh battery, supporting both wired and wireless charging capabilities.
In a recent update on its official X platform, Motorola confirmed that the Motorola Razr 60 will launch on May 28 at 12 PM IST in India. A dedicated microsite has been set up on both Flipkart and the Motorola India website, showcasing the device’s specifications ahead of the launch. The smartphone will be available in three color variants: Pantone Gibraltar Sea, Spring Bud, and Lightest Sky. Additionally, it will come in a single variant featuring 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The global version of the Motorola Razr 60 is offered in an extra Parfait Pink color option and can be configured with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Motorola Razr 60 Specifications
The Motorola Razr 60 operates on Android 15 out of the box and is set to receive three major operating system updates along with four years of security updates. It comes with a 6.96-inch full HD+ (1,080 x 2,640 pixels) pOLED LTPO main display, alongside a 3.63-inch (1,056 x 1,066 pixels) pOLED cover display, the latter of which features Corning Gorilla Glass Victus for enhanced protection. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X chipset, the device supports up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
In terms of photography, the Razr 60 is equipped with a dual rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. For selfies, the smartphone features a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. Additionally, it maintains an IP48 rating and is supported by a 4,500mAh battery, with capabilities for 30W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
The pricing details for the Moto Razr 60 in India have yet to be revealed, though the device is priced starting at $699, which is approximately Rs. 60,000 in the United States.
