Sony has announced a price reduction for its PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe memberships in India. The adjustments affect annual subscription rates for both tiers, with the PS Plus Extra plan seeing a 25 percent decrease, while the Deluxe tier benefits from a 35 percent cut. These upgraded plans offer additional advantages, such as access to the Game Catalog and Classics Catalog, alongside free monthly games and online multiplayer capabilities.
Discounts on PS Plus Extra and Deluxe Memberships
The cost for a 12-month PS Plus Extra subscription is now set at Rs. 5,024, down from its previous price of Rs. 6,699. Meanwhile, the Deluxe plan is available for an even lower rate of Rs. 4,939 after its original price of Rs. 7,599 has been reduced by 35 percent. This promotional pricing is set to expire on February 26.
It is important to note that the PS Plus Essential plan remains at its regular price and is not included in the discount offer. Additionally, there are no reductions for monthly or three-month subscriptions within the Extra and Deluxe tiers. Subscribers can access these promotional rates through the PlayStation website, the PlayStation app, or directly via PlayStation consoles.
