Lenovo is poised to unveil its new lineup of products at the upcoming IFA tech tradeshow in Europe next week. However, early leaks have already provided a glimpse of what is expected to be showcased. A notable reveal from well-known leaker Evan Blass features an image of a concept laptop, which features a unique display that can switch between landscape and portrait orientations, a project that Lenovo refers to as “Project Pivo.”

Lenovo has introduced a variety of unconventional laptop designs, including the transparent ThinkBook Transparent Display Laptop and the innovative rollable display on the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6. Nevertheless, these research and development endeavors do not always transition into commercially available products. The addition of a portrait mode in Project Pivo may provide significant advantages for tasks such as programming and navigating mobile website views, but it remains uncertain whether this will become a retail option.
In addition to Project Pivo, Blass indicates that Lenovo has plans to display the Legion Go 2, a second-generation gaming handheld first announced at CES, which is anticipated for a market launch later this year. Alongside these devices, a range of tablets and Motorola smartphones will also be presented.
