The beloved Lego Harry Potter Collection is set to receive a remaster tailored for the latest gaming consoles. Warner Bros. Games has announced that this remastered edition will be available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC via Steam starting October 8. The package reunites Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 alongside two previously released downloadable content (DLC) packs.
Remastered Lego Harry Potter Collection Coming to Next-Gen Consoles
This announcement was unveiled during the Back to Hogwarts event on September 1. The remastered edition promises enhanced graphics and support for 4K resolution.
Double Eleven, the studio responsible for the original collection on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, is handling the development of this remastered version. It will feature improvements in both graphics and gameplay, including capabilities for 60fps, native 4K resolution, haptic feedback, and high-resolution shadow maps.
The digital release of the remastered collection is scheduled for October 8 on PS5, Xbox Series S/X, and Steam.
Warner Bros. has stated that players who own the digital versions of the Lego Harry Potter Collection for PS4 or Xbox One will be able to upgrade their copies to the PS5 or Xbox Series S/X versions at a reduced price. Furthermore, those who own Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and/or Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 on Steam can also take advantage of similar discounts.

Players have the opportunity to embark on Harry’s journey through Hogwarts, master spells, solve puzzles, and discover hidden secrets.
In addition, Warner Bros. Games is preparing for the launch of Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, which will be available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PS4, and PS5 starting September 3. This new title will also feature on PlayStation Plus when it launches.
