Sony has revealed the lineup of complimentary games for PlayStation Plus subscribers this June, coinciding with its annual Days of Play event which begins on May 29. During this promotion, PlayStation will provide free monthly games to all PS Plus members, along with additional titles and game trials for Game Catalog, Classics Catalog, and PS VR2 for Extra and Deluxe/Premium subscribers. The PS Plus games available in June include SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, AEW Fight Forever, and Streets of Rage 4, all of which are set to launch for members on June 4.
The announcement was made on the PlayStation Blog on Tuesday. The Days of Play celebration runs through June 12. Additionally, EA Sports FC 24, which is available for free in May, can still be redeemed by PS Plus subscribers until June 18.
Other titles featured in the May PS Plus lineup—Ghostrunner 2, Tunic, and Destiny 2: Lightfall—can be added to subscribers’ libraries until June 3. A summary of the PS Plus monthly games for June follows.
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake
This 2023 platformer features the beloved SpongeBob SquarePants as he travels through various alternate realities known as Wish Worlds in an effort to save Bikini Bottom. Each Wish World offers a unique environment, allowing players to explore vibrant levels while utilizing their traversal and combat skills. This title will be accessible on both PS4 and PS5.
AEW Fight Forever
A tribute to All Elite Wrestling, AEW Fight Forever is a professional wrestling game set to compete with the established WWE 2K series. Developed by Yuke’s, the game emphasizes arcade-style gameplay and features diverse modes and match styles for both single-player and online multiplayer experiences. The “Road to Elite” career mode allows players to create their own character or assume the role of an AEW wrestler. The game will be available on both PS4 and PS5.

Streets of Rage 4
Launch of the side-scrolling brawler Streets of Rage 4, developed by Dotemu, Lizardcube, and Guard Crush Games, is set for June 4 on PS Plus. Released in 2020, this installment blends classic gameplay elements from the original Streets of Rage trilogy, allowing up to four players locally or two players online to battle through waves of enemies. Each character features unique abilities, enhanced by special moves and combos. Streets of Rage 4 is available on PS4.
PS Plus Game Catalog and Classics Catalog Titles
Alongside the monthly game offerings in June, Sony has announced an additional four bonus titles for the PS Plus Game Catalog: the fishing RPG Dredge (available on PS4, PS5 starting May 29), the action-adventure Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 (available on PS4 from May 31), sports simulation Cricket 24 (available on PS4, PS5 starting June 5), and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition (available on PS4, PS5 starting June 7). All titles in the Game Catalog will be accessible to PS Plus Extra and Deluxe/Premium members.
Furthermore, three PS2 classics—Tomb Raider Legend, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus—will be added to the Classics Catalog on June 11. A range of PS VR2 titles, including Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord, Walkabout Mini Golf, Synth Riders, Before Your Eyes, and The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapters 1 & 2 will also be launched for PS Plus Premium subscribers on June 11 and June 6, respectively.
In celebration of Days of Play, Sony is offering a game trial for WWE 2K24 to Premium members on both PS4 and PS5 starting May 29. Additional perks include free PS Plus avatars, in-game packs, discounts, and more. The PlayStation Days of Play event is now active and will conclude on June 12.
