The Honor 400 Pro is anticipated to launch shortly as the successor to last year’s Honor 300 Pro. In advance of an official reveal, information regarding the device has emerged from a well-known benchmarking platform. The upcoming smartphone is expected to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, according to the benchmark data. Additionally, the model is expected to be identified as DNP-NX9 and will operate on Android 15.

Performance Benchmarks of the Honor 400 Pro

A device with the model number DNP-NX9 appeared on Geekbench on Thursday, and it is widely believed to be the Honor 400 Pro. The benchmark results indicate that the smartphone runs on Android 15, achieving a score of 2,089 in the single-core test and 6,032 in the multi-core assessment. The listing also hints that the device may be equipped with 12GB of RAM.

Moreover, the listing implies that an octa-core processor will power the device, featuring a prime core operating at a maximum clock speed of 3.05GHz, alongside five cores running at 2.96GHz, and two additional cores at 2.04GHz. Such specifications suggest that the Honor 400 Pro is likely to incorporate the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, similar to its predecessor, the Honor 300.

The Honor 400 Pro was also recently identified on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) website, marked with the model number DNP-AN00. Previous leaks suggest that the phone will run on Android 15-based MagicOS 9.0 and boast a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits. The device is expected to include a triple rear camera system, featuring a 200-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera.

Additionally, the smartphone is rumored to have a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. It may support dual SIM functionality, stereo speakers, NFC connectivity, and include an in-display fingerprint sensor. Powering the device is a 5,300mAh battery, capable of fast charging at 100W. The Honor 400 Pro is also anticipated to have an IP68 and IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, measuring 8.1mm in thickness and weighing approximately 205g.
