Following a decade since the launch of Grand Theft Auto 5 in September 2013, excitement for the new installment had reached a fever pitch among fans. The early unveiling of the trailer, combined with the leak, has significantly intensified the buzz surrounding the game.
The GTA 6 trailer was first leaked by a now-suspended account on X, prompting a swift response from Rockstar Games, the title’s developer. In reaction to the leak, Rockstar encouraged fans to view the official trailer on YouTube, posting, “Our trailer has leaked so please watch the real thing on YouTube” and linking directly to the video.
