Leaks regarding the device’s design have surfaced, revealing a new hinge mechanism and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Various color options and storage configurations for the rumored book-style foldable have also emerged. Recent sightings on a well-known benchmarking platform indicate details about the device’s chipset, RAM, and operating system.
Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold Appears on Geekbench
The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold has been detected on Geekbench with an octa-core chipset. The listing details that this chipset includes two cores clocked at 2.25GHz, five cores operating at 3.05GHz, and a primary core running at 3.78GHz. The device achieved scores of 2,276 for single-core and 6,173 for multi-core performance.
These scores significantly surpass those of the Tensor G4 SoC found in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which recorded 1,969 and 4,483 points in single and multi-core tests, respectively. It is believed that the chipset for the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold will be the upcoming Tensor G5.
According to the Geekbench listing for the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, the device is expected to feature 16GB of RAM and will operate on Android 16.
Earlier leaks suggest that the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold may come in storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB, with color choices rumored to include Jade and Moonstone. The phone is anticipated to have a slimmer hinge compared to its predecessor, along with an IP68-rated build for resistance to dust and water.
When unfolded, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to be 5.3mm thick, slightly thicker than the 5.1mm of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. The new model may also feature a 6.4-inch cover display, slightly larger than the 6.3-inch cover screen of the previous version. It is likely to maintain the 48-megapixel main rear camera from its predecessor.
