The upcoming Google Pixel 10 series is set to replace the current Pixel 9 lineup, with reports surfacing about anticipated pricing for various models. Notably, it has been indicated that the price of the Pixel 10 Pro XL is expected to increase, while the Pixel 10 Pro Fold may see a price reduction. Furthermore, Google is aiming to decrease the prices of its foldable devices over the next three years. These claims come amidst ongoing tensions related to recent U.S. tariffs affecting imports from China and other nations, warranting a cautious interpretation of this information.

Expected Pricing for Google Pixel 10 Series

According to sources reported by Android Headlines, the Pixel 10 Pro XL could launch at a price point of $1,200 (approximately ₹1,03,900). This represents an increase from the initial pricing of the current Pixel 9 Pro XL, which debuted at $1,100 (about ₹95,300) in the United States. The report suggests that prices for the standard Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro models may remain unchanged.

In contrast, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold might be priced lower at $1,600 (around ₹1,38,600), making it roughly $200 (or ₹17,300) less expensive than its predecessor, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Additionally, it’s speculated that Google may aim to establish pricing for future foldable models at around $1,500 (approximately ₹1,29,900) by 2028.

Furthermore, Google is expected to maintain both the Pixel “Pro” model and the larger “Pro XL” variant until at least the release of the Pixel 13 in 2028. The tech giant plans to continue its trend of launching four models each autumn, paired with a Pixel A-series release in the spring, as indicated in the report.

The company also intends to introduce the Pixel 10a, Pixel 11a, and Pixel 12a at a consistent price of $499 (around ₹43,207), mirroring the pricing of the recently launched Pixel 9a model.

With the recent implementation of significant tariffs on imports from countries including China, Vietnam, and India, the production of smartphones like Google’s is often conducted outside the U.S. This situation may influence the company’s future pricing strategies. Given these variables, consumers are advised to approach these projected prices with caution, as official announcements regarding the Pixel 10 series pricing are expected later this year.
