Specifications and Features of the Gigabyte Aorus CO49DQ
The Aorus CO49DQ is designed with an extra-wide curved QD-OLED display measuring 49 inches, showcasing a dual quad HD 10-bit panel that operates at a refresh rate of 144Hz and maintains a 32:9 aspect ratio along with 99 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color spectrum. Gigabyte asserts that its OLED Care feature employs AI-driven presets that operate with minimal disruption to other tasks and includes an algorithm aimed at reducing burn-in risks.
Color accuracy is also a strong point for the Aorus CO49DQ, which offers 10-bit color depth and a remarkable 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. This monitor meets the standards of VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, positioning it as a suitable option for video editing and creative work.
Moreover, the Aorus CO49DQ is equipped with a KVM switch, allowing users to efficiently switch between multiple devices while utilizing the same keyboard and mouse. This feature will function in conjunction with Picture-in-Picture (PiP) and Picture-By-Picture (PbP) modes, according to Gigabyte.
In terms of connectivity, the Aorus CO49DQ provides two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 port. Additionally, it features dual five-watt speakers and includes a built-in power supply that requires a 72W AC power input.
