Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be released on October 25, available across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms. Ahead of its debut, the publisher disclosed key details regarding the PC version, such as system requirements, pre-loading information, and overall file sizes. The game will benefit from enhanced PC features, including ultrawide monitor compatibility, 4K resolution, and support for AMD FSR 3.1 upscaling and frame generation technologies.
The PC edition of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is being developed by Beenox in partnership with Treyarch. Players on PC can access the game via Activision’s Battle.net, Steam, and Microsoft Store. Although pre-orders are currently available, there will be no early access to the campaign mode this time.
In a blog post released on Tuesday, Activision outlined the official system requirements for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The game mandates a minimum of 8GB RAM and 102GB of free SSD storage. For those aiming for 4K ultra settings, an AMD Radeon RX 6800XT or an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 or RTX 4070 GPU is required.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Pre-Loading Details, Official Launch Times
Gamers who pre-order Black Ops 6 will have the opportunity to pre-load the game on October 21 at 9am PT (9:30pm IST), allowing them to jump in as soon as it officially launches. The entirety of the game, encompassing the Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies modes, will be available for pre-loading.
The official rollout of the game on Battle.net and Steam is scheduled for October 24 at 9pm PT (October 25, 9:30pm IST). Additionally, players on PlayStation, Xbox, and Microsoft stores can expect the game to launch anytime between 4am PT and 11pm PT on October 24.
