The CMF Phone 2 Pro is set to debut in India later this month. Following the announcement of the launch date, the Nothing sub-brand has shared a teaser on various social media platforms, showcasing the device’s rear panel. The teaser suggests that the upcoming CMF Phone 2 Pro will maintain the design themes present in last year’s CMF Phone 1, albeit with updated textures. This new model will be introduced alongside new audio accessories and will be available for purchase on Flipkart.
On X (formerly Twitter), CMF By Nothing released a teaser video on Wednesday, highlighting the rear design of the CMF Phone 2 Pro. The design features noticeable textures and includes the CMF by Nothing branding at the bottom. The video also shows a screw on the panel, hinting that it may include interchangeable back panels, similar to what was seen with the CMF Phone 1.
The brief six-second teaser reveals a speaker array located at the bottom of the CMF Phone 2 Pro, accompanied by the tagline, “new finish.”
The launch event for the CMF Phone 2 Pro is slated for April 28 at 6:30 PM IST, with sales being conducted through Flipkart. In addition to the phone, CMF plans to unveil the CMF Buds 2, CMF Buds 2a, and CMF Buds 2 Plus during the event.
Pricing and Specifications of CMF Phone 1
The CMF Phone 2 Pro is expected to succeed the CMF Phone 1, which debuted in July of the previous year with a starting price of Rs. 15,999 for the base model offering 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The original CMF Phone features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED LTPS display that supports an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G processor, paired with options of up to 8GB of RAM. The phone is equipped with a dual rear camera system, which includes a 50-megapixel primary Sony sensor along with a portrait sensor. Additionally, it houses a 5,000mAh battery capable of 33W fast charging and 5W reverse wired charging.
