Gemini: Google’s chatbot excelled in providing a polished response. It managed to strike the right tone while including all necessary details in a concise manner. The email was both brief and informative.

Claude: Claude provided an impressive response, bringing in considerations that the others overlooked, such as notifying colleagues about ongoing projects and suggesting an out-of-office message. Although the tone was somewhat formal, its well-organized structure offered distinct advantages.

Time constraints often prevent thorough examination of lengthy documents. At times, it is crucial to have an AI assistant capable of distilling key information into brief summaries. We tested each chatbot on this ability.

ChatGPT: OpenAI’s chatbot effectively summarized the 1,000-word article in three to four coherent paragraphs, organizing the content by theme while ensuring a logical flow.
Gemini: The summary from Gemini was condensed into a single paragraph that highlighted essential points but lacked readability and neglected certain important details.
Claude: Anthropic’s chatbot displayed organizational prowess but fell short by producing a summary that was overly lengthy, along with unnecessary subheadings.
