Resident Evil: Requiem, which was first introduced at the Summer Game Fest earlier this month, is set to be a highlight of the Capcom livestream. Although further details have yet to be released, viewers may expect insights from the development team. The title features a new protagonist, FBI agent Grace Ashcroft, who is on the trail of a series of enigmatic deaths.
Fans can anticipate a “significant” graphical improvement with the upcoming Resident Evil 9, which will utilize Capcom’s proprietary RE Engine. This survival-horror installment is slated for release on February 27, 2026, and will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S/X. The game is currently on the wishlist options for the PlayStation Store and Steam.
The livestream will also include an update on Pragmata, Capcom’s sci-fi action-adventure game initially unveiled in 2020. Following the recent State of Play event, a new gameplay trailer was presented, along with a release window set for 2026. This new intellectual property is expected to launch on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S/X.
Capcom’s showcase will also provide updates on existing titles, including Street Fighter 6 and Monster Hunter Wilds.
