This announcement was made on Tuesday by Bee’s Co-founder and CEO, who emphasized that the acquisition will facilitate the development of “truly personal, agentic AI.” Bee is known for its innovative wearable devices that listen to conversations, summarizing discussions and offering valuable insights, while also allowing users to manage to-do lists and chat about their daily interactions through a companion app.

Prior to the acquisition, Bee had launched a Fitbit-like wearable device known as Bee Pioneer, which is a wrist strap priced at $49.99 (approximately Rs. 4,300). This device is designed to capture conversations and summarize key points using AI-driven technology. It sets reminders, compiles to-do lists, and offers users a platform to converse with the AI about their day. Furthermore, the device can be worn in various styles, including as a clip on clothing.
