The upcoming launch of the Realme GT 7 in India is eagerly anticipated, and the smartphone brand has recently teased some exciting color options. Featuring an innovative IceSense design that incorporates graphene, the Realme GT 7 promises enhanced thermal performance, a significant highlight of its specifications.
Initially launched in the Chinese market in April, the Realme GT 7 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, boasting a substantial 7,200mAh battery. Additionally, it features a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and has achieved an IP69 rating for protection against dust and water.
Introducing the IceSense Design
In a press release issued on Wednesday, Realme revealed that the GT 7 will be available in two striking color options: IceSense Blue and IceSense Black. The device is set to debut with IceSense Graphene, a cutting-edge thermal solution that is said to utilize graphene, a lab-engineered material known for its exceptional thermal conductivity, which is reportedly up to ten times more efficient than conventional graphite films.
The IceSense Graphene technology is integrated into both the back panel and the display of the device, ensuring effective heat dissipation and consistent high performance under demanding conditions. Furthermore, the device features Realme’s “Skin-Touch Temperature Control” technology, designed to adapt to ambient conditions, helping maintain a comfortable temperature whether in hot or cold environments.
Moreover, the Realme GT 7 features an Indium Laser-Etched Frame that adds a metallic texture, enhancing its aesthetic appeal. The back cover is treated with Pro-Gaming Coating technology, providing users with a skin-friendly and non-slip grip.
Previously launched in China with a competitive price of CNY 2,599 (approximately ₹30,400) for the 12GB + 256GB version, the Realme GT 7 is on track to make its entry into the Indian market shortly.
This device is equipped with a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,280×2,800 pixels) OLED display featuring a 144Hz refresh rate. In addition to its impressive camera capabilities with a 50-megapixel dual rear camera and a 16-megapixel front camera, the Realme GT 7 is also built with a 7,700mm² VC cooling chamber. The inclusion of a robust 7,200mAh battery coupled with support for 100W wired fast charging ensures that the device is primed for high performance.
