Sony is marking the milestone of three decades of PlayStation consoles with the unveiling of the PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection. This special edition includes the PS5 consoles, DualSense controllers, PlayStation Portal, and additional accessories, all featuring a design that pays tribute to the brand’s early days. The PS5 Pro and PS5 Digital Edition consoles will sport a striking dark and light gray color scheme reminiscent of the original PlayStation that debuted in 1994. The collection will be available in limited quantities, with pre-orders set to commence on September 26.

The PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection consists of two console bundles along with three standalone purchase options:

PlayStation 5 Pro Console – 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle
The PS5 Pro bundle features the newly announced PlayStation 5 Pro designed for the anniversary, complete with a gray color scheme and the original PlayStation logo. This bundle is inclusive of a limited-edition DualSense controller, a DualSense Edge wireless controller, a charging station, and a console cover for the disc drive, which is sold separately.
Other included accessories feature a vertical stand, a housing unit for the original PlayStation controller-style cable connector, four cable ties shaped like PlayStation symbols, a PlayStation sticker, a limited-edition PlayStation poster (with one of 30 possible designs), and a PlayStation paperclip.
Only 12,300 units of the PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle will be produced, each bearing a unique limited edition number etched onto the console.
The limited-edition PS5 bundles come equipped with PlayStation accessories.

PlayStation 5 Digital Edition – 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle
The second bundle features a PS5 Slim Digital Edition in the anniversary design, paired with a limited-edition DualSense wireless controller and a console cover for the disc drive. Similar to the PS5 Pro bundle, this set includes all other limited-edition accessories.
In addition to the two bundles, gamers can purchase standalone items such as the 30th Anniversary Limited Edition PlayStation Portal remote player, DualSense Edge wireless controller, and a standard DualSense controller, all available in the nostalgic gray design.
The limited-edition DualSense controller will be offered for standalone purchase.

PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection Release Date and Pre-Order Information
The official release for the PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection is set for November 21. Pre-orders for the limited edition PS5 Pro bundle, PlayStation Portal, DualSense Edge controller, and DualSense controller will be available starting September 26, in regions where direct.playstation.com operates (including the US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Austria). For areas without PlayStation Direct, interested customers can place pre-orders through select retailers on the same date.
It is important to note that pre-orders for the limited-edition PS5 Digital Edition bundle at participating retailers will begin on October 10. Sony has yet to disclose pricing details for the items included in the PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection.
