The image showcases a new look characterized by a rectangular camera array that bears resemblance to the latest offerings from Google’s Pixel lineup.
Anticipated Redesign of the iPhone 17 Pro Camera Module
Earlier leaks have frequently suggested that the iPhone 17 Pro will sport a redesigned rear camera setup featuring a more expansive camera island. The most recent hands-on image, shared on X (previously Twitter) by well-known tipster Majin Bu (@MajinBuOfficial), supports these assertions. The render depicts the device in a white finish, showcasing a wide camera bar that spans the full width of the device, reminiscent of the horizontal camera module found on the Google Pixel 9.
Currently, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro utilize a square camera bump. In contrast, the elongated camera array on the iPhone 17 Pro is designed to accommodate three rear sensors, which are positioned on the left side of the chassis, while the flash module has been repositioned to the right.
In recent weeks, multiple tips have surfaced regarding the iPhone 17 Pro. Notably, it is expected to debut in a new sky blue color option and feature a 6.3-inch display. The device is rumored to be powered by an A19 Pro chip, built using TSMC’s cutting-edge 3nm process.
